1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "700bt", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 700bt online betting and casino platform accessible at 700bt.io and all associated services, features, and content provided thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 700bt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on the 700bt platform, through which the user accesses betting, casino, and financial services.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a user's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts granted to a user subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification, required before a user may make withdrawals or access certain features.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time-dependent rules on the platform unless an alternative timezone is explicitly stated.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, and all other gambling or gaming products available through 700bt.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 700bt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

• You have not previously had a 700bt account closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

700bt reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals processed in violation of these terms.

3 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one registered account on the 700bt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You must not use fictitious identities, aliases, or details belonging to another person.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 700bt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 700bt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

700bt operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (national ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 700bt may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

700bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. 700bt reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases where unusual account activity is detected.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 700bt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 700bt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 700bt does not apply currency conversion fees for transactions made in BDT. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are outside 700bt's control and remain your responsibility.

4.5 Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your 700bt account and used for wagering. If a deposit is credited in error due to a technical fault, 700bt reserves the right to reverse the transaction. Withdrawals that have been approved and dispatched cannot be recalled. Disputed transactions must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

700bt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held in separate balances. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC requirements; bonus funds are subject to wagering conditions.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 700bt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of the credit.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other users, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account closure.
• 700bt reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or adjust a bonus at its sole discretion if there is evidence of misuse or if the user does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when 700bt's system confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Until such confirmation is received, no contractual obligation exists between you and 700bt in respect of that wager. 700bt reserves the right to reject any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on suspended markets or after an event's scheduled start time.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that odds are published in error — including but not limited to manifest keying errors, system glitches, or pricing anomalies that clearly do not reflect prevailing market conditions — 700bt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and settlement has begun.

6.3 Match Postponements and Cancellations

If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has been completed (as defined in the sport-specific rules available on the platform), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement terms for that specific market state otherwise.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 700bt's discretion, particularly during key moments such as review decisions, injury stoppages, or connection interruptions. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. 700bt is not responsible for delays in data feeds or any losses arising from the reliance on live statistics displayed on the platform.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

700bt applies maximum payout limits per bet, per market, and per day. These limits are specified within the relevant market or sportsbook section of the platform. 700bt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any user or market without prior notice.

7 Casino Games

700bt's casino and live casino products are provided in partnership with third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All digital casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Connection interruptions during a live casino round may result in the game being voided if the round cannot be completed. In such cases, 700bt's technical logs will be used to determine the appropriate resolution. 700bt is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from disconnection issues caused by the user's internet connection, device failure, or power interruption on the user's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 700bt platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to 700bt immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games, bets, or promotional competitions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 700bt.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 700bt platform, including other users' accounts or internal systems.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal recreational use, including operating an unofficial betting agency or syndicate through your account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 700bt

700bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the user has violated these Terms and Conditions; the user's account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; the user has provided false information during registration or KYC; or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

9.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of amounts subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the user via the payment method most recently used for a successful deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC. Bonus funds and winnings derived from suspected bonus abuse are non-refundable upon closure.

9.3 Voluntary Closure

13 Limitation of Liability

700bt does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features. 700bt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

700bt's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their 700bt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits 700bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

700bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 700bt will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will specify the effective date of the revision.
